Appointment as a Senior Circuit Judge, Central Criminal Court: Trowler QC
The Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon has appointed Rebecca Trowler QC to be a Senior Circuit Judge based at Central Criminal Court, with effect from 24 May 2021.
Background Information
Rebecca Trowler QC, aged 55, will be known as Her Honour Judge Trowler QC. She was called to the Bar (G) in 1995, and she took Silk in 2012. In 2018 she was appointed as a Recorder and in 2020 she was appointed as a Deputy Upper Tribunal Judge (Immigration and Asylum Chamber).
