The President of the Upper Tribunal, Administrative Appeals Chamber, The Honourable Dame Heather Williams, in exercise of the powers delegated to her by The Senior President of Tribunals, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Lindblom, has appointed Joanne Hadley to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal with effect from 29 September 2025. She has been assigned to the Property Chamber.
