The President of the Upper Tribunal, Administrative Appeals Chamber, The Honourable Dame Heather Williams, in exercise of the powers delegated to her by The Senior President of Tribunals, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Lindblom, has appointed Joanna Stewart to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal with effect from 8 September 2025. She will be assigned to the Property Chamber.
