Appointment of a Regional Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Property Chamber (Residential Property): Whitney
David Whitney has been appointed as a Regional Judge of the First-tier Tribunal by the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Lindblom.
The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned him to the Property Chamber (Residential Property) with effect from 2 October 2023.
Background Information
David Whitney will be known as Regional Judge Whitney. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2002. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal in 2011, and as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Property Chamber, in 2021.
