The Senior President of Tribunals, Lord Justice Dingemans, has appointed Marianne Bennett to be a Regional Judge of the First-tier Tribunal.
The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned her to the Social Entitlement Chamber with effect from 1 September 2026.

Marianne Bennett will be known as Regional Tribunal Judge Bennett. She was appointed as a fee paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Social Entitlement Chamber, in 2011. In 2014, she was appointed as a salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Social Entitlement Chamber and also as a Legal Tribunal Member of the Mental Health Tribunal for Wales.
