The President of the Upper Tribunal, Administrative Appeals Chamber, The Honourable Dame Heather Williams, in exercise of the powers delegated to her by The Senior President of Tribunals, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Lindblom, has appointed Graeme Clarke to be a Resident Judge of the First-tier Tribunal.

He has been assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber with effect from 3 July 2025.

Background Information

Graeme Clarke will be known as Resident Judge Clarke. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2004. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Social Entitlement Chamber, in 2013, he was also assigned to sit in the Immigration and Asylum Chamber in 2014. In 2021, he was appointed as a Salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum, Chamber.
