Appointment of a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales): Atkins
The Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable David Lammy MP, has appointed Michael Atkins to be a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales).
Michael Atkins will be assigned to the London South Region with effect from 13 July 2026.
Background Information
Michael Atkins will be known as Employment Judge Atkins. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2004. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Employment Judge and a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum Chamber, in 2021.
