The Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable David Gauke MP, has appointed Robert James Clark to be a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales). Robert James Clark will be assigned to the Midlands East Region in the principal hearing centre Nottingham with effect from 16th September 2019.

Robert James Clark, aged 50 will be known as Employment Judge Robert Clark. He was Called to the Bar (M) in 2002. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales) in 2010 and as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
