The Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP, has appointed James Dick to be a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales).

James Dick will be assigned to the South East Region with effect from 15 April 2024.

Background Information

James Dick will be known as Employment Judge Dick. He was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 2003. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Employment Judge and a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber in 2021. He was also appointed as a Deputy District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) in 2024.
