Appointment of a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales): Hutchings
The Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP, has appointed Kate Hutchings to be a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales).
Kate Hutchings will be assigned to the South East Region with effect from 2 April 2024.

Kate Hutchings will be known as Employment Judge Hutchings. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2001. She was appointed as a Fee-paid Employment Judge and a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber in 2021.
