Appointment of a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales): Illing
The Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable David Lammy MP, has appointed Caroline Illing to be a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales).
Caroline Illing will be assigned to the South East Region with effect from 5 May 2026.

Caroline Illing will be known as Employment Judge Illing. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2003. She was appointed as a Fee-paid Employment Judge in 2021.
