Appointment of a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales): Searley
The Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable David Lammy MP, has appointed Eleanor Searley to be a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales).
Eleanor Searley will be assigned to the London Central Region with effect from 14 September 2026.
Background Information
Eleanor Searley will be known as Employment Judge Searley. She was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 2006. She was appointed as a fee-paid Employment Judge in 2024, and as a Chair of the Police Appeals Tribunal in 2025.
