The Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable David Lammy MP, has appointed Louise Taft to be a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales).

Louise Taft will be assigned to the London Central Region with effect from 14 September 2026.

Background Information

Louise Taft will be known as Employment Judge Taft. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2002. In 2024, she was appointed as a Deputy District Judge, a fee-paid Employment Judge and a fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, General Regulatory Chamber.
