Appointment of a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales): Williams

The Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable David Lammy MP, has appointed Alys Williams to be a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales).

Alys Williams will be assigned to the Wales Region with effect from 1 June 2026.

Background Information

Alys Williams will be known as Employment Judge Williams. She was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 2016. She was appointed as a Fee-paid Employment Judge and a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Health Education and Social Care Chamber, in 2024. She was also appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2025.
