Appointment of Resident Judge at Bolton Crown Court
The Lady Chief Justice is pleased to announce that, following an Expressions of Interest exercise, HHJ Nicholas Clarke KC has been appointed as Resident Judge at Bolton Crown Court for a period of four years commencing from 5 May 2025. The Lady Chief Justice wishes HHJ Nicholas Clarke KC well in his new role.
