Appointment of Resident Judges at Lewes Crown Court, Norwich Crown Court and Reading Crown Court
The Lady Chief Justice is pleased to announce, following an Expressions of Interest exercise, the appointment of three Resident Judges.
HHJ Christine Henson KC has been appointed as Resident Judge at Lewes Crown Court for a period of four years commencing 30 May 2026.
HHJ Katharine Moore has been appointed as the Resident Judge at Norwich Crown Court for a period of four years commencing 12 May 2026.
HHJ Amjad Nawaz has been appointed as the Resident Judge at Reading Crown Court for a period of four years commencing 20 April 2026.
The Lady Chief Justice wishes HHJ Christine Henson KC, HHJ Katharine Moore and HHJ Amjad Nawaz well in their new roles.
