Appointment of the Lead Judge for Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders (REMO)
The President of the Family Division is pleased to announce that District Judge Alun Jenkins has been appointed as the Lead Judge for Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders (REMO).
District Judge Jenkins will be responsible for good practice in the operation of REMO cases across the courts of England and Wales, including working with HMCTS, promoting a better understanding of REMO generally and, where appropriate, liaising with overseas jurisdictions.
The President of the Family Division wishes District Judge Jenkins all the best in his new role.
