Assistant Judge Advocate General Appointment: Mitchell
The Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP, has appointed Thomas Mitchell to be an Assistant Judge Advocate General with effect from 8 April 2024.
Thomas Mitchell will be known as Judge Advocate Mitchell. He was called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 1995. He was appointed as a District Judge (Magistrate’s Court) in 2023.
