Circuit Judge Appointment: Arthur
The King has appointed Helen Arthur to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Midlands Circuit, based at Wolverhampton Combined Court with effect from 16 October 2023.
Background Information
Helen Arthur will be known as Her Honour Judge Arthur. She was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 2003. She was appointed as a Recorder in 2022.
