Circuit Judge Appointment: Bailey
The King has appointed Paula Bailey to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Midlands Circuit, based at Stoke-on-Trent Combined Court (Family) with effect from 09 October 2023.
Paula Bailey will be known as Her Honour Judge Bailey. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1999. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2010 and as a District Judge in 2018.
