Circuit Judge Appointment: Elizabeth Lowe
The Queen has appointed Elizabeth Helen Lowe to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Croydon Crown Court with effect from 13 May 2019.

Elizabeth Helen Lowe, aged 42 will be known as Her Honour Judge Elizabeth Lowe. She was called to the Bar (M) in 1999. She was appointed as a Recorder in 2016.
