Circuit Judge Appointment: Gunn
The King has appointed Kirsty-Ann Gunn to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Lammy MP, and the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable the Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill.
The Lady Chief Justice has deployed her to the Northern Circuit, based at Preston Crown Court, with effect from 2 February 2026.
Background Information
Kirsty-Ann Gunn will be known as Her Honour Judge Gunn. She was called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 1998.
