Circuit Judge Appointment: Haigh

The Queen has appointed Mark Richard Haigh to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Northern Circuit, based at Manchester County and Family Court with effect from 4 March 2019

Mark Richard Haigh, aged 60 will be known as His Honour Judge Haigh. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1983. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 1997 and a District Judge in 2006.
