Circuit Judge Appointment: Hannah Kinch

The King has appointed Hannah Kinch to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Shabana Mahmood MP, and the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable the Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill.

The Lady Chief Justice has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Harrow Crown Court, with effect from 18 November 2024.

Background Information
Hannah Kinch will be known as Her Honour Judge Hannah Kinch. She was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 2006. She was appointed as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber, in 2019, and as a Recorder in 2020.
