Circuit Judge Appointment: Lee Harris
The King has appointed Lee Harris to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Lammy MP, and the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable the Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill.
The Lady Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Maidstone Crown Court, with effect from 12 January 2026.

Lee Harris will be known as His Honour Judge Lee Harris. He was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1999. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2020.
