Circuit Judge Appointment: Lucie
The Queen has appointed Gary Allan Lucie to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Luton Crown Court with effect from 07 September 2020.

Gary Allan Lucie, aged 54, will be known as His Honour Judge Lucie. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge (Magistrates’ Court) in 2009 and as a District Judge (Magistrates’ Court) in 2011.
