Circuit Judge Appointment: Millard
The King has appointed Neil Millard to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Reading Crown Court with effect from 09 October 2023.
Background Information
Neil Millard will be known as His Honour Judge Millard. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2005. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal in 2019, as an Employment Judge in 2020, and as a Recorder in 2020.
