Circuit Judge Appointment: Prowse
The King has appointed Daniel Prowse to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Northern Circuit, based at Burnley Crown Court with effect from 02 October 2023.
Daniel Prowse will be known as His Honour Judge Prowse. He was called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 2004. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2019 and a Tribunal Judge in 2020.
