Circuit Judge Appointment: Sellers
The King has appointed Robin Sellers to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the former Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The former Lord Chief Justice deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Guildford Crown Court with effect from 4 December 2023.
Robin Sellers will be known as His Honour Judge Sellers. He was called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 1994. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2020.
