Circuit Judge Appointment: Singh
The King has appointed Saira Singh to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the former Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The former Lord Chief Justice deployed her to the Midlands Circuit, based at Walsall County Court with effect from 13 November 2023.
Saira Singh will be known as Her Honour Judge Saira Singh. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1994. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2013, as a District Judge in 2020, and as a Recorder in 2023.
