Circuit Judge Appointment: Todd
The King has appointed Martin Todd to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Shabana Mahmood MP, and the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable the Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill.
The Lady Chief Justice has deployed him to the North Eastern Circuit, based at Kingston-Upon-Hull Combined Court Centre, with effect from 30 September 2024.
Background Information
Martin Todd will be known as His Honour Judge Todd. He was called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 1991. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2022.
