Circuit Judge Appointment: Walsh
The Queen has appointed Timothy Edmund Walsh to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Western Circuit, based at Exeter Law Courts with effect from 27 June 2022.
Background Information
Timothy Edmund Walsh, will be known as His Honour Judge Timothy Walsh. He was called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 2000. He was appointed as a Chairman of the Residential Property Tribunal in Wales in 2013, as a District Judge in 2018 and as a Recorder in 2022.
