District Judge Appointment: Richard Baker
The King has appointed Richard Baker to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Shabana Mahmood MP and the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill.
The Lady Chief Justice has deployed him to the Midlands Circuit, based at Stoke on Trent Combined Court, with effect from 4 November 2024.
Richard Baker will be known as District Judge Richard Baker. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2003. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
