District Judge Appointment: Bartley
The Queen has appointed Andrew James Bartley to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Northern Circuit, based at Manchester County and Family Court with effect from 2 December 2019.

Andrew James Bartley, aged 42 will be known as District Judge Bartley. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 2004. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2015.
