District Judge Appointment: Clare Graham
The Queen has appointed Clare Graham to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Northern Circuit, based at Crewe County Court with effect from 19 April 2022.
Background Information
Clare Graham, aged 46, will be known as District Judge Clare Graham. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2000. She was appointed as both a Deputy District Judge and a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Social Entitlement Chamber) in 2019.
