District Judge Appointment: Dever
The King has appointed Damien Dever to be a District Judge on the advice of the then Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Lammy MP and the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill.
The Lady Chief Justice has deployed him to the Midlands Circuit, based at Lincoln County and Family Court, with effect from 1 September 2026.
Background Information
Damien Dever will be known as District Judge Dever. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2009. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2022.
