District Judge Appointment: Emerson
The Queen has appointed William Bradley Emerson to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Western Circuit, based at Portsmouth Combined Court Centre with effect from 7 October 2019.

William Bradley Emerson, aged 54 will be known as District Judge Emerson. He was called to the Bar (M) in 1992. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2015.
