District Judge Appointment: Fardy
The King has appointed David Fardy to be a District Judge on the advice of the then Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Lammy MP and the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill.
The Lady Chief Justice has deployed him to the Western Circuit, based at Yeovil County Court, with effect from 1 September 2026.
Background Information
David Fardy will be known as District Judge Fardy. He was called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 2012. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2024.
