District Judge Appointment: Gleeson
The King has appointed Michael Gleeson to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the former Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The former Lord Chief Justice deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Luton County Court, with effect from 5 February 2024.
Michael Gleeson will be known as District Judge Gleeson. He was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 2004. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
