District Judge Appointment: Gooding
The King has appointed Laura Gooding to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Midland Circuit, based at Stoke-on-Trent Combined Court with effect from Monday 16 January 2023.
Background Information
Laura Gooding will be known as District Judge Gooding. She was called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 2001. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
