District Judge Appointment: Gorman
The King has appointed Fiona Gorman to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the former Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The former Lord Chief Justice deployed her to the Western Circuit, based at Swindon Combined Court – County, with effect from 6 November 2023.
Fiona Gorman will be known as District Judge Gorman. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1997. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
