District Judge Appointment: Graham
The Queen has appointed Julia Ann Graham to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Northern Circuit, based at Preston Combined Court Centre with effect from 23 October 2019.

Julia Ann Graham, aged 50 will be known as District Judge Graham. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 1994. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2007 and as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber in 2019.
