District Judge Appointment: Kitzing
The King has appointed Susanna Kitzing to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the former Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The former Lord Chief Justice deployed her to the North Eastern Circuit, based at Leeds Combined Court Centre, with effect from 5 February 2024.
Susanna Kitzing will be known as District Judge Kitzing. She was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 2005. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
