District Judge Appointment: Mack

The King has appointed James Mack to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Shabana Mahmood MP and the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill. 

The Lady Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Romford County Court and Family Court with effect from 13 January 2025.

Background Information

James Mack will be known as District Judge Mack. He was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 2002. He was appointed as a Fee paid Employment Judge in 2021.
