District Judge Appointment: Murphy
The King has appointed Olivia Murphy to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based at West London Family Court with effect from Monday 16 January 2023.
Background Information
Olivia Murphy will be known as District Judge Olivia Murphy. She was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 2001. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
