District Judge Appointment: Newnham-Payne
The King has appointed Stacy Newnham-Payne to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Midland Circuit, based at Dudley County Court with effect from Tuesday 3 January 2023.
Background Information
Stacy Newnham-Payne will be known as District Judge Newnham-Payne. She was called to the Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 2014. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2020.
