District Judge Appointment: Nutley

The King has appointed Timothy Nutley to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon. 

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Milton Keynes County Court with effect from Monday 16 January 2023.

Background Information

Timothy Nutley will be known as District Judge Nutley. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2004 and called to the Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 2016. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
