District Judge Appointment: Osborne
The King has appointed Stephane Osborne to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Lammy MP and the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill.
The Lady Chief Justice has deployed him to the North Eastern Circuit, based at Kingston-Upon-Hull Combined Court Centre, with effect from 1 July 2026.
Background Information
Stephane Osborne will be known as District Judge Osborne. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2012. He was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 2019. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2020 and as a Salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal in 2024.
