District Judge Appointment: Parkes
The King has appointed David Parkes to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Midland Circuit, based at Stoke-on-Trent Combined Court with effect from Monday 16 January 2023.
Background Information
David Parkes will be known as District Judge Parkes. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2006. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2020.
