District Judge Appointment: Roger O’Donnell
The King has appointed Roger O’Donnell to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the former Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The former Lord Chief Justice deployed him to the North Eastern Circuit, based at Teesside Combined Court, with effect from 2 January 2024.
Roger O’Donnell will be known as District Judge Roger O’Donnell. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1992. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
